Downstairs, a shaded patio with a porch swing leads to the kayaks, the bikes, and a hot tub for tenants. In the tropical garden, a fire pit ringed with chairs is ready for cool winter evenings. A one-car garage with a small workshop area, in-home laundry, and extra storage make a long stay easy. Boaters will love it here. The community boat ramp gives you direct access to the Gulf, and you can park your boat right at the house. Day trips by water to Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Boca Grande, and Useppa are an easy run from home, and the surrounding waters are known for snook, redfish, trout, and tarpon. A community pool and tennis and pickleball courts are close by. Pine Island is Old Florida at its best. There are no traffic lights and no fast-food chains, just nature trails, mangrove shorelines, locally owned restaurants, and live music nightly during the season.
